Meet the I-House Resident Support Services Team!
Each academic year, International House selects a number of dedicated Residents within the I-House community to lead as Fellows through their service on the Resident Support Services team. These Fellows play a key role in carrying out the the I-House mission, acting as liaisons to the Office of Programs and Resident Life and the other I-House departments working to provide a meaningful experience for the Resident members. Under the auspices of the Global Health & Wellness Program led by its Director, Lorraine Pirro, MA, LCSW, and Asst. Director of Programs and Resident Life, Ciasia Brown-Blake, MSW, Resident Fellows receive training and resources to support their peers individually as needed, while fostering interaction between the Residents in ways that celebrate the diversity of culture and perspectives each member brings to the community. This year, the Resident leaders have been assisting I-House in its 2020-2021 health and safety initiatives, finding creative ways for Residents to meet one another in safe, socially-distanced ways.
We’re proud to present the 2020-21 Fellows! As usual, the team itself represents a variety of regions and academic disciplines.
