International House Remembers Stanley M. Rumbough, Jr.
International House remembers the life of a man who gave so much to his community, his work, and to this organization. Stanley M. Rumbough, Jr., an International House Life Trustee was a WWII decorated veteran, leader of over 40 companies, and was an active member of many boards.
Rumbough was elected to the International house board in 1958 following his service in the Eisenhower White House. After 18 years of active board service, he was elected Life Trustee in 1976. The legacy of his work in establishing the alumni program and his decade as Chair of the Development Committee laid a strong foundation for International House. His commitment and support will be greatly missed.
