I-House offers two kinds of guest accommodations.
Guest Rooms/Suites: These 11 rooms/suites are commonly used for family and friends of residents and community members. They are similar to hotel style accommodations. Rates start at approximately $170/night. Reservations can be made by contacting Guest Services directly at (212)316-8454.
Single Student Rooms: available during the summer and on a limited basis during the winter break between semesters. Daily rates are $70/night. Reservations can be made by contacting the Admissions Office at (212)316-8436 no more than 10 days prior to desired arrival date.
Residents can have one overnight guest at a time in their room for a maximum of 6 nights in a 30-night period. Advance notice is not needed but guests will be asked to submit photo ID when they enter the building. You may request an exception for stays of more than 6 nights. If approved, a $30 per night charge will be added to your account for guest stays longer than 6 nights. Mattresses and cots are available for rental at $20/night and $25/night respectively. A request may be made to have more than one guest at a time. These are evaluated on a case by case basis. Additional fees may apply.
